CEO and Principal Officer of CompCare Medical Scheme, Josua Joubert, has over three decades of broad management experience to his credit and is a seasoned professional in the healthcare funding industry.

Under his leadership over the past five years, CompCare has developed into a dynamic, forward-thinking medical scheme that is well-reputed for offering some of the best value medical scheme options on the market with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional preventative care.

Joubert has extensive experience in the management of diverse client relationships both at a national and international level and garnered significant experience in these areas in his previous roles as General Manager: International Business and General Manager: Sales at Universal Healthcare, an international healthcare management company.

Passionate about the benefits of a holistic approach to wellness and a father of two students himself, Joubert has a keen interest in the evolving needs of the student and young executive market and is a committed leader in driving the CompCare team to provide the best possible healthcare access for young individuals.
