He has a long history of establishing and managing projects and administrative processes. Khwezi strongly believes that administrative processes must always strive to strike a balance between improving internal efficiencies as well as enhancing student experience.

Khwezi is currently the Co-ordinator of the UWC International Student Services Office. He has also worked at the University of Cape Town for almost 15 years. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of the Western Cape, Faculty of Education: Higher Education Studies.

He prefers to be called by his clan name, Nala!
