Cornelius Hagenmeier is a higher education and legal professional who is rooted in the German and South African jurisdictions.  Since 2017, he serves as Director of the Office for International Affaries at the University of the Free State and is the Coordinator of the iKudu project. Prior to this, he was based as the first Director of International Relations at the University of Venda.
